QUANTATIVE RESEARCHER
Systematic Trading

Role:
You will closely collaborate with Trading & Execution to conceptualise, program, test and deploy innovative systematic trading strategies. Your role will include conducting comprehensive analyses to accurately assess the performance, risks and executability of these strategies in an effort to increase profitability, decrease risk, reduce transaction costs and allow optimal systematic execution. You will also work with technologists to enhance systems to ensure suitability and optimal performance.

Requirements:
. MSc or PhD in STEM subject
. Good object-oriented programming experience
. Experience programming in C++, Python and SQL
. Experience with time-series analysis and forecasting models, large data sets, model development and visualisation, statistics and optimisation are beneficial

. Exposure to non-traditional modeling techniques (“machine learning”) would be an advantage

. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

QUANTITIVE DEVELOPER

Role:
You will closely collaborate with Quantitative Research, Trading & Execution and Risk Management to program, test and deploy innovative systematic trading strategies. Your role will include researching, designing, developing and improving systems used in backtesting and data analysis for automated trading strategies
You will also work with the other teams to build both ad-hoc and systematic tools and data which help in optimizing trading behavior and results, and work on the development of the infrastructure to scale computations for high throughput

Requirements:
. BSc, MSc or PhD in STEM subject
. Strong experience in object-oriented programming (C++), Python and SQL
. Proficiency in software development methodologies, version control systems, and debugging tools

. Familiarity with distributed systems, high-performance computing, and algorithm optimization

. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand and apply complex concepts
